Hard to part with my D7 it's been flawless, so much fun to ride, I am looking for a 1 1/2 track for it. We'll see if Polaris got their 800's straightened out for 2010......Have you guys done many '08 and '09 recalls yet?(heads, New 2 ring pistons)

2010's are all sorted out - I think we've completed 15 or 20 2009's so far (lots more to go) - trying to do our customer's 2009's first, then moving on to the 2008's.....then will start into other non-customers sleds - BUSY BUSY!!!

MBRP is an exhaust manufacturer. They are one of the more popular manufacturers when it comes to snowmobile exhaust modifications. Both him and myself have installed MBRP Cans which are replacement aftermarket mufflers...if you wanna call them that.

They are referred to as "Cans" mostly due to their shape as seen below and are basically a straight through design.

In general with skidoo's they add very little to your hp and torque as skidoo has a very well engineered exhaust system from the factory (except they are too quite and too heavy). I am not sure of what the difference is on other sled manufacturers sled.

Adds noise (on most - there are quiet ones, too) and loses weight - not usually much HP gain....unless you do pipe AND can - then you get more HP AND less weight......and WAY MORE NOISE!!

they say if you do a full exhaust (y-pipe,pipe,can) with reeds its up to 12hp gain depending on what kind of sled
