I am not quite done. It still needs a top and bottom shelf added, gun holder, vise mount ect

I am going to incorporate a grate on the top to cut over and collect the slag much like the miller table design.

Thaks Dave! The electrical inspector is coming this week!! I hope. I told Jen that I want it insulated and heater installed before july...that way I KNOW I will have it for winter!

Nope. I think it would limit my movement for other projects. The shelf will get the chop saw and the grinders.

Back from the dead and 5 years later I finally have a proper top for my welding table. I also moved my grinders off my welder stand...

Grate was a little goofy as I had to pound it in with a sledge hammer (why the bars are bent) but I think it will be nice. The shoot with drawer actually catches stuff.

Nice work Brad! I didn't know you taught your little one to weld at such an early age. Very Happy

My welding table is pitiful (mostly the table top being so thin), I would like to find some 1/2" plate and borrow a mag drill to perforate the entire piece for multiple clamp down locations.

i assume that these were the 6 inch ones and not the 8 inch ones..??
