Made this new reloading bench to go in my office. Need more practice with wood. You can't just lay a weld down and buff it off to fix a mistake!

I wanted to move the reloader into the house so it has to fit in a corner of my office. I tried out the space with another table I had and like it.

From that I search the net and found the insert idea and thought it would be great for a bench that has limited space. I decided to go with two inserts. One will house my dillon 550B and the other is just in case. The bench has a 3" top of laminate plywood and is 60"x18"x40" high. The cabinet on the left will get a door and will be used to store powder. Hopefully tomorrow I will have a picture of it set up in the room!

first coat of Medium walnut stain. It's made out of Oak, I kinda wanted it to look like the classic gun stock for color.

Started taking things off the walls to move in and realized I REALLY needed to paint my office. So that consumed my day, but I did get it in!

what rifles do you have ?

I have a few reloading kits for various rifles as well Smile just not set up.
I kinda stopped hunting for a while ( my bullets are a little on the expensive side ) -- 300 short mag and 300 ultramag, and 375 h&h

I have lots, but my favorites are my .338 rem and .223 None of the big boomers though. I would love a .338 lapua

I reload for about 10 calibers.
